Citi Prestige 4th Night Free - Concierge Bookings - 2020 Stays

Let's use this thread to track the speculation, news from conversations with concierge, and actual experience as we get into 2020 for how Citi handle 4th-night-free reservations made before Sep 1st 2019 for stays in 2020.

Citi's official rules state there is no cap for 2019 stays booked by concierge, but is silent on 2020 stays booked by concierge.

Some interesting questions:

1. Will Citi reimburse all 2020 stays booked by concierge?

2. Will Citi reimburse for only the first two 2020 stays booked by concierge?

3. How will Citi reservation changes (rate, dates, room type) for 2020 stays booked by concierge?
Who will be around to service these reservations?

4. Will prepaid & non-refundable 2020 stays booked by concierge count against any limit as these will be reimbursed in 2019.

My focus is Hyatt, which will allow me to book stays by concierge through the end of Sep 2020.
I have three 2020 stays booked already and plan on making at least three more prior to Sep 1 2019.
I'll probably book a Sep 2020 stay in Aug 2019 and try somehow to get it shifted a few weeks back into Oct 2020. No downside in giving it a try.
I got one $2000/n trip for 2020 that I may flip to prepaid if Citi reveals before Sep 1 2019 a 2020 limit of 2 will be applied to these concierge bookings.

just made another booking for a 2020 stay and quizzed the Citi concierge agent a bit on this.

1. all bookings made by Citi concierge prior to Sep 1 2019 will be rebated, without any number of stay limits for both 2019 and 2020 stays
2. any change to one of these reservations post Sep 1 2019 would vitiate the rebate
3. Citi concierge would remain the servicing travel agent for these reservations until all travel is completed

Thanks good color. I need to get on this. Some people seem to be having trouble getting through to the concierge who can book directly.

I've seen reports of this difficulty, but have made 6 bookings in the last two weeks with no hold times, so YMMV.
