I just applied for the targeted offer for 60K for $3K spend for the Premier - was instantly approved. Can I use the same targeted offer code and apply for the card for my wife for another 60K? Or should I wait until I get the card and refer her for the 60K for $5K spend offer?
Or is she better off using one of her 5/24 slots on the new CapOne offer (she is at 3/24 so there's one to give wrt Chase)?

Similar to bbriscoe’s question, I was forwarded a 60k/$3k spend offer from a friend who let me know I could use it if I wanted. There is no 24 month language in the offer I can see (I am 16 months removed from closing my last Citi TY card). When I enter his last name along with the invitation code I gain access to the offer. It is prefilled with all his information but I can change it. If I changed all the information would I be eligible to receive the bonus?

Which, despite apparently being targeted, can be transferred from the person who received it to someone else?
I'd like to think so, but if so, this is the first I've heard of it.
Especially since the offer in the title of this thread is 60K/$4000, not $3000.....

Sounds as if it is a targeted offer, but not necessarily a mailer, and that we do not yet know if it is transferable.

Correct, it is the Citi Premier card. It was not a physical mailer but an e-mail with a invitation #. When clicking the link you are asked to input the last name of the intended recipient and then all of the information is prefilled. Everything can be changed, however. For what it’s worth, I did apply and was insta declined.

It was a mailer with a code on it. I've already used it and was approved. My question was if my wife could use the same code a 2nd time? Or is it one use only?
