Redeeming TYP via www.citibank.com using MS EDGE

Using MS EDGE, causes the redemption operation to "re-trace" screen and time-out. Switching to MS IE cures the problem--but it's annoying to do a two pass login. Any solutions?

I just tried THAT link, it "re-traces" a few times and times out:
"This page is having a problem loading..."
