Anyone used Prestige concierge to book hotel [MC World Elite benefits]?

This is not the 4th night free benefit. It appears to be very similar to Amex's FHR. Thinking about staying at Halekulani in Waikiki.

Per Citi website, this special offer includes:

Breakfast for two at House Without A Key (daily/buffet) or Orchids (American ala carte/Mon-Sat)
$100 Resort Credit per room, per stay in regular room or Jr Suite (not valid on room rate - no cash value if not redeemed in full)
$200 Resort Credit per room, per stay for pool view suite or higher categories (not valid on room rate - no cash value if not redeemed in full)
Upgraded room at time of check-in when available
Early check-in when available
Late check-out when available

Wonder if I can double dip this offer with the fourth night free.

Appears this offer, which could have been combined with 4th night free, expired December 31, 2015.

The offer is still available - I'll PM you

Mastercard offers World Elite Luxury Travel Benefits, which can be combined with the Cit Prestige 4th night free benefit. I have used the 4th night free benefit at the Andaz Wailea, received free breakfast for two, and a $100 spa credit. Comes in handy since I have lost my Diamond status.

List of hotels and benefits here for hotels that participate.....

Halekulani isn't a portfolio hotel, but is American Express FHR and Virtuoso.

Typically benefits aren't as rich using MasterCard, which is frustrating, but happy higher-end Starwood properties (St. Regis, W) are starting to offer property-specific offers valued at $100.

What gets interesting is Carlson Wagonlit (Citi's travel agency) is a Virtuoso member (I tried combining once and the Carlson TA wasn't persuaded to combine).

What's even more interesting is Aspire's existing partnerships that offer similar benefits (room upgrade, breakfast, hotel credit) with Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, Starwood Luxury and SLH.

Anyone knows hoe to confirm these world elite amenities with? Should I ask the hotel or the concierge? I asked about this when I was making the reservation, but the concierge representative said she has never heard of it..

I presume the MC Luxury Hotels & Resorts cannot be booked on-line (with Prestige benefits) like the AmEx FHR properties can?

World Elite Amenities are noted in the rate code.

Travel must be booked through MasterCard's designated travel agency, Carlson Wagonlit by calling (855) 802-1387.

Alternatively, travel (including World Elite hotels) can be booked at https://travel.mastercard.com

Assuming you're referring to the 4th night free Prestige benefit, only Citi Concierge can book (but is combinable with MC Luxury Hotels & Resorts)

I think Citi does not use CWT anymore after they switched the concierge service. So that means no more 4th night free+world elite amenities now? If that's the case, sad..

No more 4th night + elite benefits ... or No, that assertion is incorrect?

Have them search for the MasterCard World Elite negotiated rate and reserve.

I booked a 4 night stay in Switzerland by calling the Prestige concierge number. 4th night free benefit is still available through another company Aspire Lifestyles 561-922-0158.
