Which websites qualify for 3X points?

3 ThankYou Points for each $1 spent on purchases made at eligible retail (including department store websites, specialty store websites, warehouse store websites and boutique websites) and travel websites (including online travel agencies, and hotel and airline websites).

3 ThankYou Points for each $1 spent on products and services purchased directly from AT&T, including payment of monthly phone, cable or internet bills.

You'll earn an Anniversary Bonus of 10,000 ThankYou Points after you spend $10,000 in purchases in the prior cardmembership year.

Special note about eBay and PayPal - varies widely as to whether the bonus points are awarded. It seems to vary depending on merchant with no real discernible pattern.

Certain Non-Qualifying Purchases. You won’t earn 3X Points for purchases of and payments for medical services, insurance, taxes and government services, real estate, real estate rentals, purchases or reloading of prepaid or gift cards, education, charities and utilities.
You won’t earn 3X Points for purchases from independent wireless dealers, non-AT&T-owned stores, or AT&T resellers unless you are paying for an AT&T service, such as your phone, cable or internet.
(Effective 9/22/2019)

All payments coding as online are hit and miss. Sometimes it codes as online, sometimes it doesn't. YMMV.

Cheers
While I'd like to do that, I don't want to jeopardize the offer. I think that activating the phone on another network in less than 15 days might void the terms below. Also, it would take a couple days for the sim unlock code. I'll probably just carry both phones and tether the N6 to my G2 so I don't go over the limited AT&T data plan that I have with the new phone.

The phone is out for delivery today and I will meet the min spend at lunch today. We'll see how quickly the credit posts.

Offer Details
Code:
To earn your AT&T Access More Phone Offer credit ("Phone Offer"), you must make $2,000 in purchases in the first 3
months of account opening (which can include your eligible phone purchase). Purchases do not include: balance transfers,
cash advances, fees, interest and items returned for credit. Eligible Phones: Only phones (smartphones or basic/feature phones)
purchased from AT&T at full retail price (no annual contract) through the link provided are eligible. You must activate the phone
with qualifying postpaid wireless service (including voice and data as applicable) and keep the phone, and remain active and in
good-standing, for 15 days. Excludes phones purchased via a 2-year wireless agreement or AT&T NextSM.

Are you intending to have ATT do the unlock? If so, and if you do not intend to keep the phone on the ATT network for 60 days first, please post here what happened.

I'm hoping to have them do the unlock, however I have no intention of keeping the phone on the ATT network more than 16 days. That means I will likely have to go 3rd party unlock. I will post my experience.

I'm the plan owner and my wife is the second line, when selecting which account to upgrade the phone on, it goes by telephone number. I used my ATT Access card on my phone, and my wife used her ATT access card for her phone. I'm not sure if the T&C states the names must match but don't see it as an issue as long as you meet the requirements of the card

Don't you buy the phone already unlocked when you buy the phone at full price? The 15 days is only the requirement of the ATT access card to fulfill the $650 dollar credit

Not with AT&T
I can't tell if terms suggest that the phone needs to be activated on the plan AND remain on the plan in good standing for 15 days, or if the phone need to be activated on the plan and the plan needs to stay open for 15 days.
I could wait to cancel the service and move the phone to Verizon, but I'm not sure it's worth the risk.
If anyone has experience I'd like to hear.

You buy the phone without contract, but locked. The 15 days is the requirement to fulfill the $650 offer. Keeping the phone on the ATT network for at least 60 days is a stated ATT requirement for ATT to unlock the phone for all phones on a post-paid plan regardless of whether on or off contract or whether fully paid-for or not.

While a phone purchased under this promo apparently needs to be activated on a post-paid (no-contract) ATT plan for at least 15 days to qualify for the $650 credit, it would appear that the phone must still be kept active on the ATT network for at least 60 days for ATT to unlock.
