ALL Citi HHonors application links are now DEAD.

Citi's contract to issue Hilton co-branded cards ends December 31, 2017. Citi will sell most accounts to American Express. The criteria for determining which accounts are eligible to be sold are unpublished. Read Hilton FAQ: http://hiltonhonors3.hilton.com/en/e...-card-faq.html .

Has anyone been successful in getting the 40k card and then sending a SM for a match to the 75k offer?

ETA: Nevermind, look up.

I think its hard to get matched to the 60k or 75k since the spending is different, but there is an offer of 50k for 1k spending, this might have better results with the point match since the 40k and 50k both have the same 1k spending, but it doesn't hurt to try.

Edit: my logic was wrong. sorry.

The 60K offer also has a $1K spend requirement, so what's the appeal of the 50K offer? (Also, what's the link for it?)

Letter from Citi said denied because you have submitted multiple applications for credit. Must be referring to the November opening of the 75k app. As that is all I've done.

I updated the link in the wiki for the 75k with the 24 months restriction as citi re-introduced more variables that can make the link look like its dead, when in fact its still functional.

I'll give it a day or two & then edit the wiki if it doesn't come back from the dead.

I'm two weeks away from being able to apply again, but I will definitely need one. Please send me a PM.

Big hilton changes announced today. Big deval coming!! Wish I hadn't done the hilton 75k card even without the 24 month language, because now I think I need to wait 24 months before I can do the Hilton reserve card, which I think going forward will be a much better option.

Hilton usually gives people time to book at the old rates so you will most likely be able to book at todays rates for stays a year or more from now

Nobody knows they exact extend of any deval. You can also combine accounts so get some 40K cards
