Transition-Related Notes
• Members are starting to receive Priority Pass Select cards in the mail. These are sent by Collinson via USPS, separately from the rebranded Prestige cards.
• There was a decimal rounding error in the ThankYou point accounting on October statements. Remove a 0 from each of the totals reported - it should then match
• Members who signed up prior to 10/18 still only receive a $250 airline credit for the year; if you previously used the $200 incidental credit, you can get another $50 in airline purchases reimbursed through December.
• If you signed up before 10/18/14 you are eligible to receive the 15% discount and companion benefits for a year after your signup date. Call Citi at 877-288-2484 and ask to speak with a travel specialist, rather than letting them send the information to Spirit Incentives for an email quote. There are mixed reviews as to the efficacy of this service.

I received an unexplained 4,6xx bonus in November. I had an idea that it might be in lieu of Flight Points on an airline ticket purchased just after the feature expired, but I never asked.

Could 28k be a combination of a signup bonus once you hit minimum spend + year-end Citigold bonus?

Also have a $250 credit on the same statement? My hypothesis is that they are adjusting for the points lost when the credit is posted.

Yes, this is correct. I used ~$220 of my $250 credit on this statement and the adjustment matched exactly.

I think they reset $250 at the anniversary date, that's what my statement was saying, that it will be reset at Dec 16 statement cut date.

Elite Car Rental

Confusing: I had a Concierge rep email the links for Avis, National, and Sixt.
Already have National Emerald through Amex Plat. I wanted the Avis First. So, I finally got the link to work. When you sign up it says Avis Preferred, but gives you the World MasterCard Elite AWD#. What the concierge sent said that you get certain benefits normally reserved for Avis first members, as well. So, I'll see how it works in the coming months. I signed up for the Sixt Platinum which may be useful when I am in Europe.

FM posted a link for Citi's credit card qualifier page. I entered my info and got the TY Preferred and Premier, but didn't get an application page for the Prestige. Does that mean that I'm at high risk for rejection if I apply? I would think not since I have good credit, but then what's the point of that page then?

No. You can't put too much stock in those qualifier links. I got "no recommended cards" from Citi. I then applied online for Prestige, asked to call a number to verify identity, and was instantly approved. I have had the card for 2 days and already love the card.

I wouldn't really say that's the case. They just use that page for pre-targeted offers. I never saw Prestige pop up on any of my Citi offers like that, but yet I was approved instantly for the Prestige on the online application. Obviously YMMV, but if you have good credit and a solid income, you're probably fine.

Global Entry for Authorized Users?

Can the two Authorized Users on my account sign up for Global Entry and each still get the $100 credit on top of my (primary user) global entry credit?

I believe that's one credit per account (not user)
