Transition-Related Notes
• Members are starting to receive Priority Pass Select cards in the mail. These are sent by Collinson via USPS, separately from the rebranded Prestige cards.
• There was a decimal rounding error in the ThankYou point accounting on October statements. Remove a 0 from each of the totals reported - it should then match
• Members who signed up prior to 10/18 still only receive a $250 airline credit for the year; if you previously used the $200 incidental credit, you can get another $50 in airline purchases reimbursed through December.
• If you signed up before 10/18/14 you are eligible to receive the 15% discount and companion benefits for a year after your signup date. Call Citi at 877-288-2484 and ask to speak with a travel specialist, rather than letting them send the information to Spirit Incentives for an email quote. There are mixed reviews as to the efficacy of this service.

Yes, except there are only a few places where I used both Prestige account numbers that got compromised and didn't use any of my other cards (that weren't compromised). While it's possible it's a coincidence and the Prestige card numbers were compromised from different sources, it seems extremely unlikely.

Honestly, they approve just about anyone. Got bankruptcy? In massive amounts of debt? Addicted to crack? Approved!

My statement closed last night, I got the last $50 of my $250 for the year. It states
"Congratulations you have made the most of your flight experience! You have used $250.00 of your $250 Air Travel Credit. The credit will reset to
$250.00 on 12/17/14."
There was a 50 point Additional Bonus listed on my statment that didn't transfer as TY points that must have been my last $50, I guess that makes sense. I didn't have any issues with my flight points transferring to my TY account.

The correct amount of matching TY points did show up in my account a couple days after the base points.

Successfully booked my first ticket with the 15% discount through the concierge today. Here's how it worked:
1) Called the concierge line.
2) Transferred to someone else to verify my eligibility for the 15% discount
3) Transferred back to the concierge, who took down my requested flights
4) Next day, received an email with the right flights but the wrong price (was only a 2.5% discount)
5) Replied about error
6) Received an email response with the correct fare
7) Called the concierge to finish booking
8) Transferred to a "travel specialist" who took my credit card information and booked the flight
9) (Hopefully) will receive a confirmation email shortly.
This benefit is a pain in the butt now.

I wish they worked out a deal with Spirit or found another provider, many exist and just partnered with them for 12 months. It sounds terribly inconvenient.

I want to apply in branch on Monday to get the 60k bonus for Citigold. Can I use the $250 to buy airline gift cards before the year is over to qualify for this years reimbursement? If so, when do I have to purchase the gift cards by?

Does anyone have the actual app for the $350 version? Any scans? And is this $350 edition open to anyone or just Citigold?

When I applied almost a year ago, it said that if you cease to be CitiGold customer, the AF will change, but I heard reports that people have got $350 AF even without being CitiGold, just by applying in a branch. They also have better bonus in a branch: 60k vs. 30k TYPs.
