Transition-Related Notes
• Members are starting to receive Priority Pass Select cards in the mail. These are sent by Collinson via USPS, separately from the rebranded Prestige cards.
• There was a decimal rounding error in the ThankYou point accounting on October statements. Remove a 0 from each of the totals reported - it should then match
• Members who signed up prior to 10/18 still only receive a $250 airline credit for the year; if you previously used the $200 incidental credit, you can get another $50 in airline purchases reimbursed through December.
• If you signed up before 10/18/14 you are eligible to receive the 15% discount and companion benefits for a year after your signup date. Call Citi at 877-288-2484 and ask to speak with a travel specialist, rather than letting them send the information to Spirit Incentives for an email quote. There are mixed reviews as to the efficacy of this service.

I recently had a statement close, and the regular (2x/1x) points appeared in my TY account, but not the matching flight points indicated on the statement. Anybody else?

Maybe time to call Citi. I had a statement close two days ago, and the points (now showing on my TY account separately as 3x spend, 2x spend, 1x spend and matching flight points) posted within 24 hours.

What Credit bureau are they pulling when applying?
I have 10 inquiries in my Experian only 1 in the last 6 months. Only two citi cards in the last 2 years. I wonder if I would get approved...

I got a luggage tag today too. Would have preferred to keep my companion ticket

I would gladly take the job, but am currently in the process of transferring from a community college to either UTD or UNT to attempt to get a applicable degree so that I can seriously apply for positions such as these

For people still waiting on a replacement card with the new design- I hadn't received mine yet, but my card was replaced this week due to the number being compromised (second time in two months!), and the replacement card does have the new design.

My statement closed last night, I got the last $50 of my $250 for the year. It states
"Congratulations you have made the most of your flight experience! You have used $250.00 of your $250 Air Travel Credit. The credit will reset to
$250.00 on 12/17/14."
There was a 50 point Additional Bonus listed on my statment that didn't transfer as TY points that must have been my last $50, I guess that makes sense. I didn't have any issues with my flight points transferring to my TY account.

What's the current best sign on bonus?
Citi website shows 30K offer. Is there a better offer out there?
Thanks.
Thanks.

I am expecting my card to arrive tomorrow by UPS (got tracking number) and plan to buy a $250 AA gift card for the 2014 credit (I'll check statement closing date). I hope that works.
I am a NJ resident and know for Amex plat credit for AA I had to change address to a NY one for the gift card purchase to go through. Anyone had similar experience for the AA giftcard credit using Citi card?
thanks

Mine got compromised two months in a row, too. I was trying to figure out if one of the websites I gave the number to got hacked, but your post makes me wonder if maybe the leak is actually at Citi?
