If you fly American more, then the Prestige is probably your best bet, since it accrues Thank You Points that are worth 1.6 cents each when redeeming points for AA tickets. The Prestige also grants free access to AA's Admirals Clubs when flying AA...
Unless you're staying a hotels a few times a year, the CS Reserve is a better option now. You get a non-flimsy card, 24/7 direct, higher quality customer service, a better web interface to deal with, a better sign up bonus, primary rental car insurance, Chase Ultimate Rewards, and triple points on dining.
