- What are the most current working links?
- Is this card churnable?
- How frequently can I apply for these cards?
- Do I have to close my previous card before reapplying?
- I got the 60K card and bonus but when I finished the spend on my second 60K card I did not get the bonus. What happened?
[1] What are the most current working links?
There is a standard offer for 50K points after $1K spend in 4 months. (No landing page is available for this offer; lnik taken from wiki for http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/citi-...amex-citi.html.)
There are no known 60K offers available. The most recent one expired in late September 2014.
[2] Is this card churnable?
In the past, this card has been easily churnable. However, in December 2014 Citi began inserting language into some applications and landing pages disqualifying current Hilton Visa cardholders & requiring an 18-month wait from the date of the previous card's cancellation. The application link listed above does not include this restriction, and FTers have confirmed that they have been approved through this application despite being current or recent holders of another Citi Hilton card.
[3] How frequently can I apply for these cards?
You can only apply for ONE Citi card in a week or TWO in two months (60 days). To be safe, it is frequently suggested to wait 8+ days between ANY two Citi applications and 65+ days until your third Citi application of ANY kind. These are rolling dates, so you have to wait at least 60 days (65+) from your second application to your 4th applications, and so forth.
If math is not your strong suit, you can use: http://www.timeanddate.com/date/duration.html.
Example:
Day 0 - Citi HHonors Card #1
Day 8 - Citi AA Personal Card
Day 65 - Citi AA Business Card
Day 73 - Citi HHonors Card #2
Day 130 - Citi TY Card
[4] Do I have to close my previous card before reapplying?
Not if you use the application link above. As stated above, in December 2014 Citi began introducing new application pages requiring an 18-month wait since cancellation of the prior card.
Note that when you close an account, Citi may not "free up" the credit limit from that card for as long as 6 months. So if you're going to apply within 6 months, it's better to not cancel beforehand.
[5] I got the 60K card and bonus but when I finished the spend on my second 60K card I did not get the bonus. What happened?
There appears to be a problem with Citi crediting you with both bonuses but Hilton not crediting the second bonus because their system sees it as a duplicate.
You need to open up a case, preferably with Hilton, and explain that you have two separate cards (feel free to explain one is for business and one for personal if they ask why you have multiple cards and you feel like explaining). You also need to diligently check back with them and make sure that they do not close the case as you already got the bonus.
This is very much a YMMV situation. Depending on who you talk to and where, this can be a relatively short process or a particularly unpleasant and long one. Best advice: Be nice to the CSRs and get them on your side or HUACA until you find someone useful.
For some people it may be worth getting the 50K card instead, possibly trying to "bump the bonus" to 60K and getting it as a 10K adjustment instead.

This evening after instantly approved for the AMEX SPG biz, I used the 2-browser trick for the same personal link(50K points, $1500 within 6 months) and got both applications approved instantly. It's my first time to apply for this card. 100K points after $3000 in spending within 6 months look great, especially without annual fee. Thanks to everyone contributing to this thread.

Yes. I used the links in Post 468 10 days ago. Both cards in hand now, and 50K offer confirmed.
Before you get all worked up and jumped in to criticize others using links outside post 1, you better read the related posts first to understand why Post 468 came into play.
Since you have no clue on what these 2 posts are, please dont make assumptions.
To be fair, the link in Post 1 is NOT updated as those in the AA thread. Are you maintaining the update? Obviously you are not. Please see the last date of update of Post 1 - it was Dec 5, 2011.
I have followed this thread closely because the HHonor cards are in our plan but we are not ready until August because we have other cards have priority ahead of the Citi HHonor.
Over the course of this year, it has reported several times the link in Post 1 NOT working from time to time. In fact Post 468 was a direct result of when link in Post 1 reportedly stopped working for a while, then the poster of Post 468 said he had been receiving invitations almost every few weeks and provided the fresh links.
And let me tell you my own experiences using the link in Post 1 - After I filled in all the details and click the continue button - the page refreshed, then instead of giving me a second screen (the screen to verify the data), the page just turned blank instead of bringing up a new screen. This happened multiple times with different browsers. So I scrapped both apps and then used the links in Post 468. Both worked perfectly without glitch.
Seriously, have you actually READ Post 468 before making your post?
Please read Post 468 where michael_v has provided the details of the links and the few posts above his, to understand WHY he made that post.

Got instantly approved for two cards using two browsers (using links for post 468). Confirmed 50k after $1,500 per card in 6 months.
Now I just gotta figure out how to get good use out of these points. Seems like the program is kind of watered down and you need a lot of points just to get a room (looking in Boston I couldn't find anything less than 50k per night).

Why use them up immediately? HHonors points won't expire as long as you have "activity" at least once a year.
And you can apply for this card more often than once a year (or even more often than twice-at-a-time once a year), so just the activity from the card offers alone will be enough.
I would save the points until you find someplace where they're good value for you (either because the redemption is low or the price of alteratives in money is very high).
Well, OTOH, if you go southwest along Blue Ridge Parkway in a month to two for the fall colors, in Marion NC you're likely to get a room for just 12500 points, even though it can be not super cheap during that time. Yes, it's just a Hampton, but if you're just popping in for the night and gone and enjoying the fall colors soon after it's daylight, who cares?
The best values in HHonors tend to be when you can find cash + points rates, that cut the points requirements in half or more while the cash requirement is about what you'd pay for a Motel 6. So consider half the points to be the ugprade from a Motel 6 to a Hilton family property.
Myself, I find the most value in some cities overseas: Budapest, Buenos Aires, Madrid Airport, Zurich Airport, and all but the first on points + cash, and in all cases a real nice Hilton (well, I haven't been to the last one yet, just reserved).
Of course, in my case, I'm HH Gold, so I particularly enjoy Hilton properties because I'm guananteed free breakfast and free iinternet. (But I hear the free breakfast for Golds at Hilton is sometimes outsourced something like Starbucks in the US, while I've never run into such cheapness overseas.)

You are confusing the Citi AA cards and Citi HHonors cards, they work under different rules. This card is churnable, meaning you can get the bonus repeatedly. My wife got the card originally last summer and then applied for two of the same card (and same as original card) in April using the two-browser trick. Approved for both without closing the original card, so yes, she currently has three of this card open. There are numerous similar anecdotes in this thread.
Citi Rules:
1. You can apply for no more than two Citi cards every 60 days. ANY Citi cards. Ever. Really.
2. You can only apply for one Citi business card every 90 days.
3. Citi AA Personal cards are churnable about every 18-24 months, sometimes longer, sometimes shorter. You can get two at once using the two-browser trick, preferably an AmEx and either a Visa or MC.
4. Citi AA Business cards are churnable every 90 days, although this may be more limited especially of late.
5. Citi HHonors cards are churnable every 60 days, although there is likely a limit to the number you can have and I would not suggest applying more often than twice a year. You can get two at once using the two-browser trick. They can be identical.
6. You can get retention offers every 6 months. Plan accordingly.

It's part of the Hilton HHonors stated Gold benefits that you get free breakfast and free internet. It's up to the hotels, however, to interpret that.
Some domestic full-service Hilton (in SF, I think) gives Golds only a Starbucks voucher for breakfast. But I don't tend to stay in FS Hiltons in the US that often, mostly overseas. And I've not heard of such nasty tricks overseas. (In the US I tend to stay at, say, Hilton Garden Inn, where the only question would be whether you get the cooked-to-order part or only the buffet. But half the time I don't have time to wait for the cooked-to-order part anyway, so it doesn't matter to me personally that much.) There may be some hotels that restrict you to a part ("cold") of the buffet, perhaps?
On the internet, the hotels can interpret that as wired or wireless or both, only in your room or also beyond. All of those fall under interpretations of "free internet". If you are traveling with a device (such as a typical laptop) with both wired and wireless capability, and you don't care where in the room your access is (ie, if it's only a a desk it's ok with you), you may not have to research further. If you are traveling with a device that is wifi only (no wired), you may need to research further whether the free internet at that particular hotel includes wifi or only wired. (Same if you have something with wired only.)

Let me add two data points.
I applied for two hilton cards using two computers 8 days ago after applying for SPG AMEX and US Barclays immediately before. It went pending after reaching Step 5. I didn't even have Application Numbers. Anyways, I decided to wait, and today I received both Hilton cards in the mail.
I also applied for my sister immediately after. She first applied for SPG AMEX, which was instantly approved. Then to try a different method, I applied for two Hilton cards using a VM machine. Both went pending as well, but on this time, she did receive an email a week later of approval. Then we received the cards today.
They were all Visa Signatures. I just have to call them and verify the Bonus and activate them.
Thank you all for your inputs and helps.

Data points. Applied using links #2 and #3 in post 468. Chrome and Firefox on a Mac, both in private browsing sessions, submitted within seconds of each other. Instant approval on both, both got to step 5 with no problems.
