Marion, IL Comfort Suites- service above and beyond!
On a road trip from Myrtle Beach last week, we stayed at the Comfort Suites in Marion, IL. I left a library book behind and figured I was stuck with writing a check to the library.
I was amazed when the desk clerk called me and offered to mail the book. She used her own money (told me that COD would cost me too much) and it arrived yesterday. Of course I'll be sending her a check and adding a little extra. I'm usually careful about not leaving things in hotel rooms but have never had hotel staff contact me and go out of their way to return something.
I'd already filed a good report on them on TripAdvisor.com before they contacted me and the report can't be edited once it's posted. I had to post this somewhere!
