You can transfer some American Express Membership Rewards points to Choice (assuming you have any Amex cards that earn them). That would be the fastest way. You could join the e-rewards survey program and do some surveys, but I think Choice has to send you an invitation email (plus it takes a while for the points to be deposited).

Call Choice Privileges and ask. Maybe they will give you the missing points needed to book your room.
