These are check-in bonus points given as part of the choice between points or a welcome amenity for elites. They often finally post long after the stay. I have also noticed that many properties give the points even if I choose the welcome amenity. I think QU stands for quality inn.

Thanks thunderdeacon. These must have been from a stay in early October. Yes that is long after the stay!
