What if HH would - after you stay 60 night required for Diamond - just say "oh, and there is condition that 10 out of this 60 nights have to be in Conrads", even if this would not be published anywhere?? I dont have the problem with 5 years requirement, if this would be clearly published on their own website, I would never even stayed there in first place. Now, I am screwed and 60 bucks lighter.

I doubt very seriously that you'll get any satisfaction from the Choice Hotels team that posts here. My wife has been trying to get the simple status match, which she HAS QUALIFIED for, and they have been absolutely ZERO help. ZERO. She has sent in her folio from Cambria (which they could have looked up themselves) and her proof of top tier status from Hilton MANY times, including by email to the Choice Hotels team and to JULIO himself at his email, here and to the status match email from Choice. She even uploaded the information here on FT in a PM to the Choice Hotels Social Media team. And still, all she sporadically hears is, 'we didn't get it. Send it again'. I'm truly saddened that she has had this much trouble getting what she has already qualified for. I seriously doubt either one of us will stay with them again. We have points and will burn them but we've completely stopped making reservations with them since this fiasco of promises unfulfilled. And to the Choice Hotels Social Media 'team', look it up. No more reservations. Truly a fiasco.
