Angry no award bookings possible December 1 and later

I flagged this to Choicehotels' twitter 5 days ago, and have been checking every day - no fix and no update.

Recently they started allowing all members to book award rates as far as 100 days in the future (I know!). Previously 100 days window was available for Diamonds only.
You might think they decided to track back on that and return to the past system, however I am a Diamond - and no hotels are available for awards anywhere but the Scandic group, displaying the "Sold Out" sign.

Today December 1 is 95 days out, and no rewards, no reply.

And mind you, their email displayed on their website [email protected] is bouncing emails off. Lol. What a joke.

You don't need the member number just to try make the reward booking on December 1 anywhere.
Scandinavia is working, all other locations do not. Try New York, try Washington DC, try Paris - you don't need my membership info for that.

Day 9 after reporting the issue, no award bookings are available December 1 and onwards, anywhere but the Scandic group.

As of late afternoon, reward bookings on and after December 1st are available.
