Anyone else unable to sign in this morning to their profile"

Keeps saying "Sign in failed".

Nevermind....account was locked for some reason!

I had this happen last week. Called in, and they said it was from "multiple failed login attempts". Since I don't think I've ever had a failed login attempt, my guess is someone was trying to hack my account, but they were unsuccessful. They unlocked my account, I changed my password, and all is good.

This happened as well to me this morning. I had to call in to get my account reset. This happens every 1-2 months, super annoying. It definitely not the user's fault for "failed attempts" or any baloney like that, they just continually have computer issues on their end. They just need to get their systems working more reliably.
