And it is prepay with no changes/cancel. It's not 20% off prepay I'm sure.

Got Monday's not Tuesdays email, of course made a reservation yesterday, for Saturday. Don't know if I got 20% off.

Confusing...
Nothing today, yet.
So much for being Platinum.

It may vary with the hotel. But at any rate, anyone using an SOS (aka Preferred Customer Savings Rate) is probably getting 15% off much of the time, which still makes a 15% offer (that is advance payment only, right?) quite useless.

The only offer I would have been interested in was the 5000 points for one booking, but I never got an email for that.

You really get 20% all the time at all hotels? Double-check. It's the 20% number that we're disputing, because SOS changed from 20% to 15% a couple years ago. There may be a hotel here or there that still does 20%, I dunno, but the vast majority of them now only do 15% for SOS (aka Preferred Customer Savings Rate).

Some of the websites out there documenting particular SOS rates have been updated to say that, while other have never been updated so their info about the amount of savings may be out of date.
