Reward Exchange not working

Reward Exchange not working

Hi Guys,

I just wondering if you guys encounter the same situation as me.

When I logged in and try to transfer my points to miles, and it was all blank. I don't see anything, except 3 large tabs show as Wallet, Exchange, and activity. But when I click each of them, it didn't show anything. Not like before, I can see my points, and other reward program's mile balance.

Check with points.com and they removed choice as their partner on their list.

Tried to call and email. No response from email. And when I called, they tried to guide me and it doesn't work. Three people that I talked to have no idea what is going on. Web tech support doesn't know either.

Have you guys heard any story?

i too was having this issue for dayyyss...

Noticed that it recently started working
