Star Inn Dresden
Just stayed here last week on my expiring Daily Getaway points at 10k/night (rev nights were $80 or so, so roughly 2cpp of value). This is an excellent centrally located property in Dresden on the Altmarkt square. Five minute walk to the Frauenkirche and the museums. Rooms are somewhat sparsely furnished, but spacious and perfectly adequate and clean. Free Wifi. I didn't pay the 15 EUR or whatever extra for breakfast. I recommend it.
