It's been a manual entry process for as long as I've been involved. I know this because I've seen errors in the input with each input error being singular in nature. They do double check on their own and catch and fix various errors even when the customer does nothing.

The order in which they manually credit the points doesn't always seem to make sense. Some relatively early purchases haven't been credited yet, and yet some of the very last packages bought have been credited already. Alphabetical or alphanumeric order doesn't seem to fully explain the crediting sequence either.

I am left to conclude that they put together or are given one or more lists of purchases/purchasers and then Choice slices up the list/lists and divides it amongst staff for purposes of manual entry and loading (perhaps loading in batches).

starting to worry that i have 152K point expiring in 2016 alteady....
luickly, i have only 3xxx points expiring in 2015

I saw a few 36k and 20k packages post just within the past several hours, but I've not seen any 32k packages post.

None of mine have posted yet. Currently on the phone with a Choice Service Center rep who says he and his supervisor have no idea what the Daily Getaways are and for me to contact the U.S. Travel Association.

Do you currently see the charges posted on your bank card statement with no offsetting refund?

Are you sure you entered the correct Choice US program number and name when buying these packages?

The purchase complete page for these transactions did indeed say to contact Choice Service Center reps at a U.S. toll free number if the points didn't post within ten days. You may need to play the hang-up-and-call-again later game to try to get a U.S. supervisor who knows about this.

I would look at your bank card statement to see if there is a Daily Getaways phone number under the billing details and contact that number too.

I guess I will call this number on Monday, my points haven't posted yet but I count Monday the 20th as 10 "business days"

From my confirmation e-mail:
"If you do not receive your points within 10 business days of purchase, please contact the Choice Service Center at 1-888-770-6800."

Choice Hotels was no help,

My member number and login are similar, I think I gave them my login number instead of my Choice account number :rolleyes: dumb, I know. So now I am not sure if I can get it straightened out or just get a refund, which would be fine with me.

Mine wasn't posted as of yesterday so I used dailygetaways contact form and sent them a request with all my receipt details. No response but I checked my choice privileges account today and the points are posted there.
