Already have existing reservation
I just ran into an excellent feature of the web site. I tried to make a reservation having forgotten that I had previously done so. The web site gave me a warning in red letters that I already had a reservation for this property on this night and was I sure I wanted to make this second reservation.

That is handy. I make my own reservations for the business trips for the company I work for, and I could easily see myself making this mistake. Great feature.
