How long to fix an inbound promo points problem?

How long to fix an inbound promo points problem?

I've had one set of 1,000 points from Enterprise post, but three did not (all booked through the Choice portal) in recent months. I'm going to send Choice all the documentation on the other three - no, on all four (including reservations, email, receipts) - noting the above. If you've had experience, how long does the remedy take? OK, and if it's at issue, what are my prospects? Including, also if at issue, is there a limited window for following up like this? Thank you.
