Have people overall had positive experiences with Ticket9588.com when booking travel? Thanks.

I have been using them quite frequently to make bookings for myself and for friends over the last 2 years and have been quite happy with them. No problems so far. I have found their system to be quite easy to use and understand. Using an international credit card is a breeze, no need for phone calls or faxes. I realize some of the other online services maybe have upgraded their systems recently to make credit card usage easier but I have found no reason to quit using 9588. The one time I did have to call them and actually talk to a person (needed to change a ticket I had booked for someone whose flight coming in from the States was delayed) I found them to be very helpful and competent. Their English level on the phone was excellent. This has been my experience.

I used 9588.com to buy tickets for domestic travel in China during June and July. No problems at all. I was concerned that I would arrive at an airport only to find that the airline wasn't set up for electronic tickets, but that worry proved baseless. Also, every day that I was scheduled to fly, I received an SMS message with confirmation of departure times and weather in my destination city (in Chinese). I assume that was from 9588.com, but I could be wrong.
