I am trying to find the above fare, now the online consolidators seem to have cheap tickets in the next couple of months, but any later and they increase, is this a late availibility thing that is common in China or is it merely higher prices,

I am thinking of going from China to Tokyo in July, any ideas (only need one way)

use miles and dump the return... perhaps you can do the reverse trip within one year (even if not, still a good use of miles)

you might not have miles, but i'd be surprised if you didn't have the means to aquire miles from friends, family, etc. anyway, i have two more ideas:

1) bank on nw running a special then, which they seem to do about 40% of the time. http://www.nwa.com/cn/en/home.shtml

2) look into iran air and air pakistan; i'd be shocked if those guys weren't super cheap

reading the title, I thought there was a special service on a pvg-nrt route
