How to bypass the firewall
 
You can bring a roaming US sim card, or use a VPN. The former would be easier and more stable

I looked into Google Fi and saw it was a good option. I'll have a VPN as a backup as well, never enough backups :).

If you already have that contract it could be a option, but a HK roaming SIM is much cheaper than Google Fi.
