Translation of China Bumper Stickers

I have a number of magnetic car bumper stickers that I picked up in China. I thought I could use Google translate to decipher them, but the "cartoon-ish" font is throwing off the software. Is there a web site or forum that could help me? Below is an example:

If you can write characters properly, you can use something like Pleco.

Google doesn't give a decent translation. I guess there's some profanity in there.

No profanity!

Just a bit sexist.

If this is sexist (it isn't)

(loosely translated)
"I (This gal) am/is a newbie.
Please be aware"

then to be consistent, this should also be considered as sexist (which it isn't)

Depends how you take it. It's not that far off "Take Care! Woman Driver Behind the Wheel."

Neophyte (or New Driver) on the Road in this context.

To quote Pleco on the second line:

騰雲駕霧〔腾云驾雾〕
tngyn-jiw
IDIOM
1 (of mythical beings) ride the clouds and fly on the mist
2 feel giddy (or dizzy); feel as if one is floating
3 speak or write discursively
