Shanghai Four Seasons to Hongqiao in rush hour

Iíll be taking a taxi from the Four Seasons Weihai Rd to Hongqiao railway station on a weekday for the 08:36 departure to Xiían.

Can anyone advise how long before the train departs i should leave the hotel? I will already heve the train tickets in-hand and will also pre-book the taxi.

Thanks.

7a should be safe because even if traffic is bad, it shouldn't take more than an hour to get there.
