3AM Flight PEK
 

Hi all,

Any suggestions on what to do before a 3AM flight out of T3 PEK?

It looks like the Dragon Air lounge will be open from 12AM-3AM, but I have a feeling I won't be able to check in until a few hours before the flight anyway. Is there a good spa that would be open at this time that I could relax at? Should I just use the hourly transit hotel at T3?

I figured I would get to the airport around 10ish after an all day walking tour so I would want to find a place to rest for a few hours before the flight. Suggestions would be much appreciated!

Probably the "Time Rate Lounge" on the front (nonsecure) side of T3 will fit the bill. You can get a room for a block of hours, or a lounge chair, shower facilities, etc. to freshen up and rest. Check in will probably start at 00:30 or 01:00 for an international flight.

Check-in started at 12 midnight when I was there last year. There were quite a few passengers (including yours truly) around at least 30 min earlier, but had to wait until counter opened.

I haven't tried the hourly hotel there though. I didn't know there is one landside. I may try later this month.
