Explosion at Pudong (Shanghai) Terminal 2

According to news reports there was an explosion in Terminal 2 at Pudong/Shanghai airport yesterday (June 11, 2016). Five people injured. The person who set off the explosive tried to commit suicide by cutting his own throat.

See: http://www.rediff.com/news/report/ex...4/20160612.htm

I assume this means extra security at Shanghai and other Chinese airports

The blast took place at 2:26 p.m. yesterday in Terminal 2. Police report that a man in his thirties ignited and threw a beer bottle loaded with explosives into a queue near a counter in check-in area C, where flights operated by Thai Airways and Philippine Airlines are handled.

Footage: Passengers scatter as explosion rocks Sh…:

Thru down a beer bottle and it exploded...?

It really couldn't have happened at 1426. I was already at PVG (yes, I was going to check-in for the PR flight) at 1425 (I checked the time as I was running late), and the incident had already happened just a few mins before I got there.
But well, who am I to say anything?

Edit: Even if you all don't want to believe me (never mind that I was actually there), this article got the time right, why do later reports change the time? http://shanghaiist.com/2016/06/12/pu..._explosion.php

I went through security for international flight from PVG T1 later that day, everyone seems to be required to take off their shoes now.

The CCTV system displays time to seconds, but generally there are 30 frames
per second, so technically they could get the time down to 1/30th of a second.
