Overnight Lounge Stay at Shanghai PVG
I have a short personal flight coming up. I would either have to stay at Shanghai overnight after arrival or before departure. Is there a Lounge would allow overnight stay? I still have UA MP Gold.
It has been a while for me to travel through Shanghai airport. I would be arriving around 6pm in the evening and return next week 11am in the morning. Would appreciate your tip. |

Do any of the issues moondog mentioned preclude my possible overnight in the MU club with:
MU arrival a bit after midnight MU departure a bit before noon Biz class both No luggage Can TWOV in China if need be I do realize there is a hotel and I might elect that. But if the inbound is late by over an hour it is simply not worth it for me to get a room. TIA. |
Main problem: lounges in PVG close at late night -- some say 2 am, some say after last flight departs. Then open again at 6 am.

Here is a short thread about PVG hotels.
