All of the ATMs? You can always go upstairs to departure level of T3 . . . there are even more there.

Nope, didn't try those...but not sure it would have been much quicker, given I had to take a lift with my baggage, and those things are jammed and full at all times in T3.

Don't count on this. The Chinese government caters to Chinese, not Americans. Why would they want to send jobs to the US?
