Baggage Interlining TK/CA IST-PEK-CAN

I'm coming in from IST this time on TK (in C) and connecting in PEK to CAN on CA. Connection time is 115 minutes. Can I check the bags in IST straight through to CAN or do I have to reclaim them in PEK, go through customs and check them in again with CA?
