China Travel service reliable ?

Hi,

has anybody booked a stay in the Peninsula in Hongkong with the China Travel Service ltd.(HK) ?

They seem to offer reasonable rates starting at 3400 HKD ( Deluxe Courtyard) per night. I searched for the 27.07.2013-30.07.2013

EDIT: Or is this question in the wrong forum ?

They are owned by, and are, the official travel agency of the Chinese government.
So, yes, they are reliable

Rates in this area were pretty common before the recent renovation, especially as buy two or three and get one night free. It sounds good now, but I would assume that this is prepaid. Courtyard rooms are in the older main building (only low floors) and overlook the carriage entrance and fountain. I think their base room category is superior located on the side of the old building, perhaps with some non view towers rooms on lower floors too, but I haven't been in Hong Kong since the renovations were completed.
