The CA domestic lounge I went in CAN to is OK; it's a windowless room but is quite roomy. The chairs are comfy enough and I think it can seat around 30 people. There's basic food and drink in there (snacks, sandwiches, steamed buns). There's also wifi IIRC and clean toilets.

A bit OT but if flying internationally from CAN, the CZ lounge for Skyteam members is bright, roomy and airy, while the lounge for *G pax (I forget the name) is like a dark and windowless dungeon but it has better food and drink compared to the lower level of the CZ lounge.

If you're based in GZ, maybe we should meet up one of these days!

If you have an SA G level card plus Y class ticket, you might be able to apply for upgrade to Business one day before taking off in CAN. It's a promotion for CA to compete with CZ in GZ. I have upgrade all three person with two CA G card last time.

It's one of my favorite lounges in China which isn't saying a lot. The massage chairs are awesome.
