Best Hotel Brunch in Beijing

I know that many luxury Hotel in Beijing offer Week-end / Sunday Brunch.
Anyone can give me an input regarding which luxury hotels offer the best Brunch in Beijing ?

- Ritz Carlton
- Ritz Carlton Financial Street
- Peninsula
- Shangri-La
- China World
- St. Regis
- Regent
- Grand Hyatt
- Park Hyatt
- etc..

It could be also an Upscale Restaurant which or Unique Location in the city.

Thank You

Haven't been to any of these, but I did do the Renaissance Capital Beijing (the new one east 3rd ring road) about a month ago and they were running a 2 for 1 deal, for something that was already competitively priced. A very solid spread and fantastic service (one of my friends was vegetarian and the staff bent over backwards to help her out).

I think there are some other properties (IC Fin. Street?) that are also known for their brunches, but perhaps someone with more experience can be of help. Hopefully this is a start...

I haven't eaten brunches at the Beijing hotels to compare, but based on the restaurants themselves, my vote would be for the Grand Hyatt.

Made in China at the Grand Hyatt has a top rated Peking Duck, is a large space with an open kitchen. One of the top rated hotel restaurants in the city, I would guess they would have a great Sunday Brunch offering.

I'm sure you've had many brunches by now, but I just came across a good article on Time Out Beijing on this topic so thought I'd share.

I can personally vouch for the St. Regis - yum.

Breakfast at the China Grill at the Park Hyatt is like a brunch.

While it's not in a hotel, I am a big fan of Chef Too.

As far as the hotels are concerned, I go to the Cap Ren most often because I live 2 minutes away. It's good, but it takes a bit of experience to get used to the style (i.e. more focused on cooking stations than buffet items). The Shangri-La was simply amazing back in the day... I rarely get over there these days.

My favorite brunch (non-hotel) is Maison Boulud!

Fantastic food and perfect service! :)
