I am considering flying with an Award ticket from Osaka, Japan to Hong Kong Through Dalian. The flight would with ANA from Japan and Air China to Hong Kong. Will my bags be put on the next flight to Hong Kong? (Connection time is about 1 and 1/2 hour). I dont know anything about Dalian airport so hope you can help.

I dont think you would have any problem. Dalian is a great airport, very uncomplicated 1.5hours is more than enough.
