What is it with DEN lately?

We're pretty much known as the biggest shoe carnival in the country.

A couple of weeks ago, we had a UA plane's engine flame out on the tarmac.

Then we got the guy from WV forcing an emergency landing after assaulting a pregnant flight attendant.

Now we get intoxicated MLB umpires harassing flight attendants (being drunk might be the best way to watch the Colorado Rockies, but I digress).

Dunno about the dodgy stuff but I got a secondary there a couple weeks ago. I ended up complimenting the TSA staff on the most professional, courteous and most importantly fastest secondary I've ever experienced.

In fact, it was minimally disruptive to such an extent that I ended up clearing security faster than the people who joined the line with me but weren't selectees :)

I will never compliement the TSA on any secondary that involves patting me down like a common criminal. It's a violation of my person for reasons that are usually asinine (i.e. failure to remove non-profile shoes).
