No breach of security - in (most of?) the EU, the US security is deemed safe and reliable (yes, really!), so there is no extra security on landing and transferring airside within the EU (with the notable excption of the hell commonly known as LHR and maybe others)
Immigration breach - hard to say, depends who checked the passport in NYC. IF the Irish has some immigration officers there, might be perfectly OK. |
