OK, I loathe the TSA, but this is just theft. No different than grabbing a chair on your way out of the DMV.

The chairs at our DMV are really quite nice and made an excellent addition to the kids clubhouse.

No, it couldn't. I pay taxes every year, that doesn't give me the right to select something nice for my wife from the Smithsonian.
