I did a search and couldn't find anything in the Sun or the local TV stations.
You may want to keep an eye on PV/TSA Blog and see if it pops up in their weekly body count.

If it's the latter, it may be part of prisoner transport when dealing with an extradition (domestic or otherwise) or to even sometimes move a prisoner to a facility in another state.
