"Random" beep at TMD -> MMW
 
I guess it was bound to happen. After several instances of being "randomly" selected for precheck from the regular line (ended up there due to occasional name mismatch by incompetent travel agent) I encountered the reverse scenario this week: went through TMD @SFO and was told that I had received a random beep which meant I was randomly selected for MMW. Nice random inconvenience. :td:

So...did you opt out, or did you go pose spread-eagle naked for "the man"? :confused:

The old shoulder trick still works, even in this situation. They'll just swab your hands like they used to and send you in your way.
