False Report of Weapon, Car Crash Frightens LAX Travelers
I'm beyond commenting, so, I'll just post this latest example of American Fear.
LAX Terminals 3 & 4 Evacuated.
I will say that the police chief invented a new word: Passengers in the terminals "self-evacuated."

This was truly ridiculous. I was there to pick up my GF and it took more than 30 minutes to get from where the In-N-Out is on Sepulveda to T7. I thought Obama had come early.

They're hiding behind every corner, up every tree, under every bush, behind the wheel of every cab, behind every 7-11 counter, and waiting tables at every furrin restaurant in the country.
And their cowardice leads them into complete, blind panic mode at every loud BANG sound they hear, leading to stampedes like the one at LAX after a car crash, leading to TSA terminal dumps whenever someone leaves the c/p without having a hernia exam, and leading to wild mob mentality calls for abolishing some of the most sacred rights and freedoms upon which our country was founded.
Asians and Europeans, by contrast, generally don't do these things, even though they are statistically far more likely to be victims of genuine terrorism than Stan who works at the 31 Flavors in Boise or Ed who works at the Groove Lube in Flagstaff or Mary who works at the Chicken Ranch outside of Vegas.
The Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave has become the Land of the Surveiled and the Home of the Cowardly.
