More "false scaring" going on by the TSA to justify itself

How syrupy sweet, how disgustlingly obvious.... gag me with a spoon, please. And note that the TSA "never" confiscates personal items, per its "spokesperson."

It's a mad, mad, mad, mad world.

“I keep a stapler in my bookbag so I can staple my homework. I took it out of my book bag. I don’t want to get stopped. I don’t want any problems,” said Gary Sharp, airline passenger.
Is there really anything more to say?

(Just noticing the irony of his last name.)

There IS no justification for TSA policies. They try to control the public by
intimidation, even though they have never caught a terrorist at the checkpoint.
They want people to be afraid of bottled water, toothpaste, lip gloss, or anything in a one quart ziploc bag.

Customs too. Those guys are meaner and have guns. No accountability at all.
But yes, to your point, it's all about intimidation and dehumanization.
Anybody who hasn't noticed must be brain dead.
