Female TSA screener grabbed my balls!
 

This morning a female TSA screener in ATL opened my zipper, stuck her hand inside, and grabbed my balls! Not only that, she called over another woman who also held them and refused to let go until I got a supervisor to tell her to do so.

They were Bucky Balls, and neither woman had ever heard of them (but they were in the original packaging which has a full explanation). The first woman (who also did not know that Zippo lighters are allowed on planes) told me that they look like BBs and, hence, could be used in a BB gun.

She was not impressed by the fact that not only did I not have a BB gun but even if I did the highly-magnetized balls would stick to the barrel, not be shot out.

The second woman, her supervisor, informed me that I could not take them onto the plane. I asked to see a list which prohibits them and she refused to show me one. I then demanded to speak with her supervisor.

He spent about 10 seconds looking at the balls (still in their package) and handed them back to me.

At first I thought you meant the other balls in which case I was woundering want airport and what checkpoint as I would think about taking a side trip there.

I'd only want to know the details if it were a male screener .........

They were cool, and they liked them. If you would have given them up on the spot, they would be at the screeners house right now.

But did any of them change their gloves before they 'handled' your...items?

You were lucky, Dov. As I'm sure you are aware, you usually have to pay extra for that...

When I saw the title of the thread I wondered if this incident had anything to do suspected circumvention of the 3.4oz liquids restrictions...

I was wondering the airport so I could avoid it.
