A old man in phoenix goes through in a mini skirt and halter top.

Why not just get a clear vinyl rain suit and wear just a speedo underneath it (if male) and a bikini if female.

Google is your friend.

People have tried that.

Instead of behaving like the professionals they allege they are, and just screening the pax (who had expedited the process), TSOs chose to take an aggressive approach: refusing screening until the pax put clothes on (followed by a grope!), summoning LEOs to arrest the pax (creating a public disturbance, although it was the TSOs refusal to behave professionally and do their job that created a 'disturbance'), lying and refusing a wheelchair-bound pax entry to the sterile area until 'the next day' because of an allegedly unresolvable 'anomaly' in the buttock area, IIRC).

Most recently, a middle-aged fellow stripped at PDX, IIRC. TSA summoned LE and had him arrested. Interestingly enough, neither TSA nor the LEs knew Oregon law well enough - the guy wasn't found guilty of anything, because apparently public nudity as a form of protest wasn't illegal.
