What's wrong with this picture? After reaching the ID check i was the only one in line and went through in 15 seconds. It took five minutes to get to the ID check, though :(

The OP is trying to link to his photo at http://pbckt.com/pr.UIgQdB. You can see it if you put this address directly into your browser or just click on the address in this post. Not sure why it's not showing in his post.

It shows a long line of people in the Pre-Check lane.

Typical at SEA

ScDGal2001 Jul 11, 2012 8:01 am

I observed one TSA agent at SEA telling everyone to use the TSA pre-screen line. Then I observed another agent having a hissy fit after he saw what was happening. Then all the people put in the TSA prescreen were diverted back to the premium line for the xray and standard security screening. Just another Charlie Foxtrot in the life of the flying public.

Moving this to a forum where it is more topical.

The line needs to be guarded by someone with a scanner, like what AA and UA do at ORD. Since it is AS's hub, the duty falls to them, but they aren't paying anyone to do it. The TSA should require AS to provide someone as a condition of participation in PreCheck.

They probably don't allow links from other boards to be serviced, it kills their traffic.

Actually, it's because the OP was trying to link to the shortened URL, which actually redirects to the page/resource you really want. You can't link pics that way - have to use the full URL.

Seems like a typical PreCheck line to me. Then, when you finally get up to security, there are 4 TSO's (edited by moderator)standing around in the PreCheck lane bored, while 1 out of every 10 people actually gets PreCheck.
