Man arrested in SMF with 4 guns found in his carryon bag

TSA found 4 guns in his carryon bags but, he was bound the flight to PHX and he got 4 guns in his carryon bags but, unfortunately, he was arrested yesterday afternoon. He was on misdemeanor charge.

He is already in jailed without bails or bond. He have go to court. That big mistake!! He can't allow to carry the guns at security. He have leave the guns at home and not to take the guns at TSA checkpoint. The weapon is prohibited from TSA checkpoint. He should know better!!

It is. And I'll bet asking him which one he likes best would be like asking him to choose a favorite child…

It's like that scene from Boston Legal with William Shattner pulling an armory out of his pants.

Not if you're one of those Montana "freemen".

He was probably going to Probate Court.

Question Sterile Area ?

Last line of the article says that he was charged with possession of a firearm inside of a sterile area.

Does this mean he was through security before being caught?

Actually, he was being caught at TSA checkpoint. Not in sterile area. When TSA discovered the 4 guns in his carryon bag but, he was arrested in a couple days ago. He's still remain in jail without bail or bond, too.

Okay, so...

He was from Montana, but he was in Sacramento, trying to board a plane to Phoenix.

Did he bring all of these guns to Sacramento from Montana? If so, how did he travel? Did he fly? Did TSA in Montana miss these guns?

If he didn't bring them from Montana, where did he get them? Did he buy them at a gun show in Sacramento? Did he buy them legally or illegally? Is he a legitimate collector or dealer, or is he a nutjob or a criminal of some kind?

And most importantly, what kind of a moron was he to not know that A) he had 5 guns with him, and B) guns are not allowed on planes? Where has he been living for the last 40 years? Come on, guns have been prohibited on planes since before I was born, long, long before 9/11 or Osama bin Laden or any of the current world strife even existed!

Comedian Ron White (AKA Tater Salad) is fond of saying, "You can't fix stupid." Mr. Harold Waller, 45, of Montana, is obviously completely beyond repair.
