If the CO of the (video-taping) military officer driving that vehicle in the video is made of better stuff than DHS clerks -- armed or otherwise -- the CO will become a fan of such video-taping subordinate and hopefully recommend such person for promotion.

I, for one, am somewhat pleased that they are actually making some delineation between US citizens and non-US citizens, particularly at BUF. They do this at Canadian airports, so not sure why the poster is so upset.

That view also would be consistent his agency's arrogant attitude, which apparently believes that they should be the unchallenged arbitrator of what is and what is not permitted at the border.

Incidentally, I've learned from a reliable source that BP harasses people at BUF regularly about twice a week.
