I found 2 video about Phil Mocek who went on trial. Here they are:



It was all over the news in ABQ.

This depends on the state where the claim occurs. In Connecticut for instance, WC claims are almost always paid. The burden is on the employer to prove the employee is not entitled. Even cases where the employee is blatantly negligent are paid.
